Architect Pasella's professional background combines architecture, large-scale planning, luxury residential projects, hospitality, construction management and international design. His experience includes work connected with Porto Cervo and the Costa Smeralda, as well as prestigious international locations such as Monte Carlo, Lugano and St. Moritz.
Beyond architecture and design, Pasella is also an artist and pianist, reflecting a broader and particularly distinctive approach to the world of art. He has held several exhibitions of his own paintings, developing a personal artistic language alongside his architectural career. As a pianist, he has also gained significant experience in the television and entertainment industry. His involvement in the visual arts and music gives him a multidisciplinary understanding of creativity, aesthetics, composition and cultural identity.
His professional career includes a broad range of projects, from major urban and residential developments to highly exclusive private estates. Among his experience are:
a worldwide winning advertising project connected with the 1996 Athens Olympic Games;participation in the design team for the Leonardo district in Rome;a master plan for a 30,000-inhabitant tourism development in the Middle East;construction management and site supervision for a 350-unit social housing development;the development of a 1,600 sqm private villa in Malcesine;participation in the renovation team for Villa Paradiso in Lugano;an Art Museum project currently under development;interior design work for Palazzo Sozzini Malavolti in Siena;project management for New Crazy Colors, overseeing events and visual projects for internationally recognised brands including Ferragamo, Max Mara, Intimissimi, Les Copains and La Rinascente.
His portfolio also includes significant private clients in the Costa Smeralda, together with experience in the wider European luxury property markets.
